Drs. When a patient begins care at Westlake Dental, pictures are taken of his or her teeth, but equally important is the smiling head shot the staff takes so that each person is referenced by a face instead of a patient number.

Dr. Constantinou doesn’t just want to treat patients; he wants to treat them better than they might have expected.

Dr. Constantinou’s first task upon heading up the practice in 2013 was to gather the entire staff as a group and craft a mission statement to define their culture, which he describes as “very non-corporate.”
